recently, the 2023 brand value report of commercial real estate in china was released at the 5th brand value forum of commercial real estate in china, and the shoucheng times center project won the honor of inclusion among the "top 10 projects with commercial office innovation capabilities in china during 2023".

the shoucheng times center project is included in the list of major municipal projects in the action plan for deepening the urban revitalization of the capital in the new era and accelerating the transformation and development of west beijing (2022–2025). the city and district fully support its development, construction and industrial operation in order to create a demonstration zone for industrial transformation in west beijing.

the shoucheng times center project is being built in areas a, b and c. its construction commenced on november 21st, 2022 and is currently progressing according to the schedule. plots 783 and 786 in area c will be completed before the end of this year, plots 774 and 775 in areas a, b and c will be completed before the end of 2024, and plots 778 and 779 in area b will be completed in 2025.
